Due to continued growth, CTI Digital is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project management team and play an integral role in supporting the delivery and management of our digital projects for a wide range of clients, spanning multiple industry sectors.


What will my day look like?


As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with members of Project Management and Production teams, and be involved in delivering the full range of CTI's expertise across the strategic, design/UX, development and marketing projects.


You will be responsible for ensuring projects are running smoothly, managing resources for the team as well as providing updates to internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating reporting to inform project progress and performance.


Duties & Responsbilites

  • Liaise directly with project managers and the resourcing team to coordinate project deliverables and performance monitoring across a range of digital projects
  • Coordinate internal resourcing to ensure projects have the necessary resources at the required time
  • Working with the resource manager to ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Assist project managers in the development and maintenance of project governance and systems
  • Monitoring of project progress and performance with the project manager, providing updates and visibility to key stakeholders
  • Supporting the liaison between project managers and clients during the project lifecycle
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, documenting any actions and decisions
  • Generate relevant reports using project management tools
  • Liaising with external parties to request platform and system access
  • Assisting the project manager in monitoring project costs, progress and quality
  • Weekly monitoring of time tracking across departments and disciplines
  • Active participation in risk management to identify and assist in mitigating, delegating and resolving where applicable
  • Working with the project management team and production team to document process improvements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans and schedules, revenues, risk and issue logs, to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
  • Participate in project retrospectives and help ensure lessons learned are incorporated into best practice.

  • Numeracy, maths and project accounting skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Skills in relation to the Atlassian suite and/or any other project management tools are beneficial but not essential
