Before all of that:

you can expect an informal chat with a member of our People team, followed by a formal interview with our Commerce Director and Head of Commerce Development which will be centred around your approach to problem-solving and how you would implement a technical solution for a given scenario, as well as allowing you to find out more about our projects and processes and how we would invest in your career development.

balancing your time between leading the project delivery and getting involved in hands-on coding to keep your programming skills fresh and relevant.

You'll be joining a team of 20 commerce developers - including a peer group of lead developers as well as a mix of senior, mid and junior developers.

You'll have a dedicated Test Lead per project, as well as support from team members across the wider business such as project managers, account managers, our production team and our commercial/sales team.

Recognise and deliver technical quality, to specified requirements.
Produce client-facing training materials and documentation.
Lead a team of developers to deliver quality code efficiently.
Manage and document project-related risks and or concerns.
Work with the Project Manager and Solutions Architect, in line with the company process.
Pragmatic - creative and open-minded when approaching challenges.
Experience working with headless content platforms such as Contentful, Prismic, Storyblok etc.
Experience working with Magento/Adobe in a headless capacity using technologies such as PWA Studio, Vue Storefront etc.
Active engagement with the Commerce community.
2+ years of demonstrable experience working with web services (REST / SOAP)
High level of PHP proficiency.
