Join our dynamic team at Randstad Sourceright as a Senior Principal Designer, where you'll drive innovation and design contingent talent models across multiple regions to meet our clients' diverse business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with sales and account teams, leading workshops and crafting scalable solutions tailored to client requirements.

Lead solution strategy for Enterprise deals, encompassing people management, location strategy, payroll strategy, and technology stack design.
Design efficient talent models leveraging our capabilities across the contingent workforce spectrum.
Manage stakeholder expectations and document design changes effectively.
Experience in multinational, multi-region design.
Experience with VMS/HR technology platforms and financial modelling
Familiarity with and digital platforms (Google/Microsoft).
Understanding of sales/account management processes.
