    To provide administrative support to the Curriculum Manager

    2. Principle Accountabilities


    • Develop and maintain effective links within the Curriculum areas, and with other Business support areas such as Registry, Quality and Business Development


    • Contribute to the preparation and confirmation of accurate data


    • Contribute to achieving consistency in the quality of documentation used both internally and externally


    • Provide administrative support to Professional Tutors, as agreed by Line Managers


    • To maintain Line Managers diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings and the scheduling of internal and external visitors.


    • To provide administrative support for Line Mangers including the production of letters, e-mails, reports, minutes and agendas ensuring all documents are produced in house style.


    • To manage the flow of inbound and outbound telephone calls for Line Managers, ensuring that all calls receive a high quality response in an appropriate timescale.


    • To assist in the co-ordination and administration of meetings and associated papers.


    • To organise student disciplinary meetings as required and follow up on any associated student paperwork e.g. letters regarding the disciplinary


    • To maintain filing and archiving systems, to photocopy, fax and scan documents as appropriate to meet the needs and requirements of the curriculum areas


    • To monitor the stock of stationery and consumables and order/replace supplies as required.


    • To report student absence and summarise for curriculum Line Managers


    • To distribute internal and external mail as required.
