    Performance Marketer

    About the Role

    Agora Talent are excited to be partnered with a unique travel business in search for a data-driven performance marketeer. The role is fully remote and you can work anywhere in world The role demands a high level of analytical skill, creativity, and a focus on results. Your primary responsibilities include executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a keen focus on reducing CPLs and CPAs. You will lead efforts in identifying market trends, creating and rotating creatives, exploring new growth opportunities, and implementing effective marketing solutions that align with our business objectives.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this role is to create and manage paid marketing activity that attracts and retains like-minded to the platform at a CPL and CPA that's ROI-positive and scalable. Ideally you will have varied experience across all aspects of performance marketing, with specific excellence in paid social. This role will suit someone who likes to implement and build creative paid social ad's.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on reducing CPL and CPA while driving user acquisition and engagement.
    • Continuously analyse performance data, using insights to optimise campaigns and uncover new opportunities for growth.
    • Work proactively to identify what works and what doesn't, leading constant testing and experimentation in our marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, ensuring campaign strategies are in sync with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
    • Manage and direct creative teams to deliver constant, fresh ad creatives, ensuring they align with campaign goals and brand standards.
    • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and techniques, adopting innovative methods to improve campaign performance.
    • Building expertise across different channels to help diversify the paid marketing efforts and be able to efficiently and effectively allocate spend across various channels.
    • Constantly communicating with the team about changes, updates, testing, results, spend, etc. so there are no surprises.

    About You

    You are an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketer, known for your ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver impactful results. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are adept at working independently. Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders, and you have a keen eye for detail in managing ad creatives.

    Experience and Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and optimising PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns, with a focus on reducing CPL and CPA.
    • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in utilising data analysis tools to inform marketing strategies.
    • Experience in directing creative teams to produce high-quality ad content.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
