    In this role you will have responsibility for continually reviewing and improving our People policies. You will anticipate, track and implement changes to legislation, and you will continually seek regular feedback from Senior/People Partners, managers, trade unions and stakeholder groups.

    You will research and benchmark our policies with other sector leaders, and you will draft/propose the implementation of new People policy and best practice to help us attract and retain.

    We are recruiting a strong policy partner who can bring experience and best practice. In this role you will be encouraged to think creatively, and challenge practices to drive improvements.
