    Description
    Enterprise Technology Manager
    We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Technology Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills and ideas to a fast-growing fintech company. You will run our enterprise and desktop technology to help us deliver our ambitious plans.
    MillTechFX was founded in January 2019 to provide corporates, institutions (e.g. endowments, charities and pension funds) and assets managers with direct access to transparent and competitive multi-bank rates offering low cost FX execution.

    We must continuously innovate and power the organisation with the right tools and a high quality of technology support service.

    You will be the owner of our enterprise technology systems (365, AD, office networks, Hubspot CRM, power platform) and lead our desktop support service.

    Providing a high level of desktop support to our teams, and building out the enterprise support model
    Delivering technology improvement projects across enterprise technology to enable our users
    Support audit and regulatory activity
    A minimum of 4 years of professional experience working in enterprise technology
    Good knowledge of enterprise software, cloud, networking and hardware
    Experience with software and hardware support, maintenance and diagnostics
    Excellent spoken and written English
    Ability to work from our London office 3 days a week
    Experience with financial services or other regulated industries is a nice to have
