NET Developer who is flexible working in a Support Environment.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for providing Level 3 (L3) support and resolving complex technical issues within the IT infrastructure.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions to address technical issues.

Excellent communication skills are imperative as the position requires effectively communicating impact and risks to stakeholders and driving the resolution into the delivery pipeline.

Provide Level 3 (L3) support 24/7 for technical issues within the IT infrastructure.
Effectively communicate impact and risks to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the product team to drive the resolution of technical issues into the delivery pipeline till production deployment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in interfacing/integration with Time series databases is preferred.
Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
NET Framework and related technologies.
ITIL certification will be highly desirable.
