?The Company and Role


Our client is a leading property company who have a substantial portfolio of industrial and residential properties throughout London and the South East and continue to expand their portfolio and add value through proactive management.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and letting void units
  • Liaise with tenants
  • Oversee refurbishment works
  • Attend site inspections
  • Manage service charge budgets
  • Manage third parties including property agents?

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


  • RICS accredited degree
  • Work experience within commercial real estate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, motivated and results driven?

Remuneration
Competitive basic salary plus performance related bonus.
