- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of process industries, including chemical processes and hardware assembly.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and managing systems development projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through periods of change and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Background in consumer products industry is highly desirable.
