    Senior Account Manager: PR

    Location: London based

    Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 base (DOE) + Double OTE + Benefits

    The organisation:

    Founded in 2006, our client is a UK based telecommunications company who specialise in providing connectivity, cloud services, and network infrastructure solutions to businesses. Setting themselves apart from other ISP's, our client has built their own fibre network and owns the process end-to-end, giving them full control and responsibility over their network, delivery, infrastructure, and the whole customer experience.

    What you'll be doing:

    The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing the customer base and increasing revenues via self-generated sales. Working closely with marketing, network, CSM and the build teams to seek out and maximize all sale opportunities, the Senior Account Manager will bring their expertise, and previous client relationships to the role, quickly becoming the go-to person within the organisation when identifying and strategizing opportunities for business growth within a specified sector.

    Day to Day:

    • You will be the customer facing representative in your specialist industry.
    • You will build relationships with the key stakeholders in the industry showcasing the benefits of the organisation and how it can help customers solve their connectivity and business challenges.
    • You will be expected to attend the major conferences, networking events and social calendar.
    • Drive a vertical specific sales plan to be the "Go to person for Enterprise, business grade connectivity in London".
    • Collaborate with the internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies for all industry related business possibilities.
    • Evaluate customer requirements and build business cases for your specific verticals needs and wants.
    • Be able to hold your own with the current on trend topics, and offer insight, in the industry as well as navigate their specific connectivity needs.
    • Support the management in contract development, customer negotiations and product enhancements.
    • Generate new sales from customers

    About you:

    The ideal candidate for the Senior Account Manager positions will be driven, hungry and accountable by nature, with solid experience of working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment. A hunter mentality is essential to open up new opportunities at mid-market level, secure new business and support the organisation's goal to take over the corporate London market. Ideally, the Senior Account Manager will have a strong network and a black book of contacts that they could bring with them to hit the ground running.

    The requirements:

    • The ability to be positive, possess a great work ethic and passionate to over-achieve.
    • You have experience of working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.
    • You are IT literate.
    • You are able to articulate your ideas and your approach to a wide array of audiences.
    • An ability to prioritise workload and meet targets set by others.
    • An ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences.
    • Take personal responsibility to meet commitments and you actively seek additional responsibility.
    • You are a team player and can communicate well to a variety of stakeholders and peers.
    • You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
    • Work to all sales KPI's both weekly and monthly.
