- Educated to degree level in Nursing or equivalent field with current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
- Prior experience in a health or care setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and social care environments and respective roles.
- Skills in negotiation, conflict management, and operational processes.
- Ability to address complex issues effectively and work with safeguarding policies.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and decision-making.
- Capacity to manage workload efficiently and handle sensitive issues both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and experience in Safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.
