As an IEPA, youll play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessment(s).


Some of your responsibilities will include:
Delivering EPA in line with the Health Care Support Worker L2, Senior Healthcare Support Worker L3 and Assistant Practitioner L5 standards Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading
