    Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Council are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Project Support Officer to support our commissioning and strategic objectives so the children and young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) in B&NES are given the opportunity to thrive and to achieve their ambitions and the best possible educational outcomes.

    Located within the Education Directorate and reporting managerially to the Head of Education Commissioning, you would be working with colleagues within the SEND team and with wider stakeholders. Your role would include providing administrative support, supporting the monitoring and development of commissioned services, delivering key projects, organising events, and contributing to the delivery of strategic reports and objectives.

    The post-holder will require a degree level qualification or be able to demonstrate experience at this level, preferably holding or studying for a relevant qualification, you would also need a working knowledge of SEND.
