**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal vacancies for the division - covering a wide spectrum of roles, across our Global Sales, Systems, Technical and Support Functions

  • Proactively promote our EVP externally both digitally and at face to face forums and events
  • Serve as a main point of contact for managers and employees regarding recruitment related queries and concerns, assist by advising on the creation of role profiles and posting job adverts on the most appropriate sites.
  • Have oversight of the temporary and consultant hiring process and manage the relations and PSL or equivalent experience with key agency suppliers.
  • Provide training and support to line managers specifically around the hiring process, interview skills and providing meaningful feedback.
  • Supporting the Strategic HR Business Partner and wider team in the delivery of key projects as part of our People Strategy Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team in Cluj to agree key processes.
**For This Role, You Will Need: - Demonstrable experience in an In-House recruiter role.

  • Strong working knowledge of the UK Recruitment landscape.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and be a hardworking internal and external ambassador for the company and our values.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills and demonstrable experience in process improvements.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn recruitment functionality as well as using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred attributes that Set You Apart: - Experience in recruitment in a Manufacturing, Sales or Engineering environment.
