- Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and waste reduction projects
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to find opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures, work instructions, and visual management tools to support Lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and drive sustainable solutions
- Provide training and coaching to manufacturing teams on Lean principles, methodologies, and tools to build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators related to manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Create the ECR/ECN's
- Design engineering/technical support to customers
- New product implementation into ERP system and final assembly
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste
