    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide 3rd line technical support to resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
    • Troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and security systems.
    • Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions, and configurations.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
    • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managed IT services environment.
    • Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
    • Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
    • Experience with networking protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are highly desirable.
