- Execute PPM, proactive and reactive tasks within set timeframes to meet customer expectations
- Provide callout response as per the rota
- Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain equipment and area standards
- Assess performance and oversee equipment servicing
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Right to work in the UK
- Certified Electrician with relevant qualifications
- Familiarity with Mechanical Systems is a plus
- Prior experience in Facilities Management
- Valid clean driver's license
