    Role Details:

    This is an exciting opportunity to join the Davies Consulting division on a 9 month FTC as a Trainee Accountant. Your training will help you gain practical work experience and core skills that will enable you to build a long-term career in Finance & Accountancy roles.

    The role:

    Full training will be provided to allow the successful candidate to meet the following requirements in their role:

    • Understand and support the accounts payable process.
    • Understand and support the accounts receivable process.
    • Understand and support cash and bank reconciliation processes.
    • Support month end accounting and reporting processes.
    • Support in project focussed accounting deliverables.
    • Develop knowledge of external audit process and support interim and final audit testing.
    • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.
    • Investigate issues/queries.

    Your impact:

    You will work closely with colleagues in the Finance team within the Davies Consulting division and will gain insight and exposure across a variety of functional teams across the Group's Global Solutions division. You will support the Davies Consulting division with most day-to-day and project activity, as well as transactional accountancy and, as you develop, will work toward supporting in Month End reporting.

    Job details:

    Location: London, with flexible/ hybrid working models once an initial training period has been completed.

    Salary: £25,000

    Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time.
