    MEP BIM Coordinator
    City of London
    Up to £50,000 + Benefits

As an MEP BIM Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in bringing these visionary projects to life.

    • Mega projects - Middle East

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies for MEP systems.
    • Lead the creation, coordination, and management of MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols, driving efficiency and quality across all MEP disciplines.
    • Facilitate clash detection and resolution meetings, optimising design coordination and minimising errors.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to MEP design and construction teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
    • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
    • Proven experience in MEP coordination and BIM implementation within the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
    • Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

    Salary:
    Up to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    Benefits:

    • 3 days office, 2 days working from home
    • Core hours between 10am - 4pm
