A busy, respected, successful multi-disciplinary practice providing construction consultancy in a wide variety of areas including CDM and Principal Designer, are currently looking to appoint a new Junior to Intermediate CDM Consultant to their ever-expandingteam in their Lambeth, London offices.

An exciting and rare opportunity for a new budding CDM and H&S professional to work for a passionate group of professionals within a company that pride themselves on providing support for new, junior / graduates who are looking to get their foot in the doorand kick start their careers.

The Role of the Junior to Intermediate CDM Consultant?

Learn to undertake the Principal Designer procedures and duties
Provide support for acting Principal Designer
Provide clients with CDM advice and support
Reviewing construction phase plans
Provide preconstruction information health and safety information for team
Issuing F10 notifications and completing necessary health and safety files
Coordinate design team and project team meetings.

The Successful Junior to Intermediate CDM Consultant?

NEBOSH General or / and Construction certificate as bare minimum
IOSH or / and APS Membership is preferable
Technical knowledge CDM2015 regulations
Ideally with a year's work experience within CDM or H&S
