Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Contract Administrator will help out with a range of duties including data entry, checking valuations and following up the completion of legal documents.

They are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is confident with numbers.


Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Checking valuations and payment certificates
  • Payment valuations to the subcontractors
  • Taking minutes
  • Following up on completion of legal documents
  • Managing warranties and contract for subcontractors
  • Payment valuations for subcontractors
  • Possible site visits

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident with numerical skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience of SharePoint is preferred but not essential
  • Valid clean driving licence
