My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work within a well established organisation to join their team.


HR Business Partner duties include:


  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partnering with Divisional Heads on People Strategy and Performance
  • Managing complex Employee Relations
  • Advising & Coaching Managers on correct HR policy and procedure
  • Supporting Head of HR with global HRIS and wellbeing projects
  • Developing and Rolling out People Strategy
  • Change Management
  • General HR Business Partnering tasks

Skills and experience required:


  • Be a true HR Generalist with experience of all aspects of HR
  • Have a strong collaborative approach; used to managing Stakeholders and partnering with Non HR Managers
  • CIPD qualification 5 or 7 is desirable but not essential for this position
