My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work within a well established organisation to join their team.
HR Business Partner duties include:
- Stakeholder Management
- Partnering with Divisional Heads on People Strategy and Performance
- Managing complex Employee Relations
- Advising & Coaching Managers on correct HR policy and procedure
- Supporting Head of HR with global HRIS and wellbeing projects
- Developing and Rolling out People Strategy
- Change Management
- General HR Business Partnering tasks
Skills and experience required:
- Be a true HR Generalist with experience of all aspects of HR
- Have a strong collaborative approach; used to managing Stakeholders and partnering with Non HR Managers
- CIPD qualification 5 or 7 is desirable but not essential for this position
