Our client currently has a vacancy in their sales department for a confident and experienced sales account administrator to provide an exceptional level of customer support for their key customer account.
Your role as Key Account Administrator will:
Arrange couriers, manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, provide pricing, stats and maintain stock lists, produce weekly report.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Superb customer service skills
- Communicate with suppliers, Distributors, develop an understanding of the industry
- Confident in speaking, motivated and resilient
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, proficient with Excel
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and highly numerate
- Able to deal with adhoc requests
- Work well as part of the team and independently
- Experience in sales and account management preferred but by no means essential
