Description:

A great opportunity for an experienced Contracts and Wordings Specialist has arisen within Lockton Re's Marine and Energy division.

As a Production Support Specialist, you will work with our broking and client service teams to ensure contract certainty for our clients, delivering first-class service.

Your role will involve:

Provision of the day to day servicing of a client's insurance programme to support retention and development of the business
Supporting placement of reinsurances for clients in accordance with the Lockton Re strategy
Ensuring the effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date
Preparing market and client documentation
Checking policy documentation for accuracy prior to issue to the client.
Provision to the client of policy documentation in accordance with regulations and in line with Lockton Re procedures.
Dealing effectively (and to the satisfaction of the client and the market) with queries, including but not limited to changes in cover and risk
Identifying the risk exposures and advising on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with the Account Executive/Partner.
Managing and coordinating global insurance programmes and liaise with our producer network worldwide, as applicable
Previous reinsurance production support experience gained within the London market
Experience of dealing with Marine and Energy Reinsurance programmes highly desired
Excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail
