Description
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promotion of products and services to existing customers and new prospects within the defined territory.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the company secures budgeted sales to sustain/grow market share for its portfolio of services.
In addition, the Regional Sales Manager will assess the dynamics of the regional market, identifying change in customer demand, competitive threat/activity, general customer satisfaction and opportunities for new products or service within the defined territory.
Planning and OrganisingSecuring budgeted sales for products and services within Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Gathering market intelligence including:
Establishing long-term relationships with strategic customers, ensuring a contractual backlog of business is maintained within the defined territory.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Financial/Budget Accountabilities
Secure budgeted sales revenues (closed won) for the defined territory from both forecast and target opportunities within the defined territory.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of CRM tools and relational databases for collation and analysis of customer information.
Evidence of key account management and success in achieving sales growth in a competitive environment.
