Based in Manchester it is Dynamic company with dedicated support, provisioning, sales and customer service teams.The roleThe business is seeking a candidate to join there Unified communications Provisioning & Support Team tasked with fault diagnosis and support across their product portfolio; VoIP Telephony, Connectivity, UC and WLR.
Providing a well-rounded level of customer service from suppliers to key accounts, showing effective planning and communication skills.Skills and experience required.
A secure understanding of telecommunications industryExperience with; fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolutionand implementation.
High attention to detail, working collaboratively as part of a team using effective communication skills.
Understanding of Asterisk based phone systems is advantageous
