- Leading and executing C&I commissioning activities for a gas power project in UK, until successful handover to the customer, ensuring commissioning is conducted with a level of governance and associated audit trail.
- Hands-on commissioning of C&I components and systems such as, DCS, including communications to foreign devices, PLCs, control system software, analytical instrumentation, pneumatic and motorised valves, instruments etc.
- Carrying out testing on control systems and equipment, as well as system optimisation and troubleshooting and filling-in the respective commissioning documentation and protocols.
- Managing and leading the team of C&I engineers, supervisors, technicians, etc. Participate in the Plan of the Day meeting daily providing resourceful inputs on the work progress.
- Preparation and update of the commissioning procedures to be conducted on site.
- Manage the documentation submission for project close-out.
- At least 7 years working experience in power stations C&I Commissioning activities with demonstrable experience in a leading role in projects of similar relevance.
- BSc Degree, or BEng / HND in Control & Instrumentation engineering.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
