Competitive Basic Salary - Uncapped Commission - Bonuses - Career Progression

Salary:
£21,000 - £24,000 per year + Commission, OTE £35k +

Main duties:


  • Handling letting queries
  • Generate new business
  • Speak to tenants and book viewing
  • Negotiate and agree lets
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Will be a driver with own vehicle (essential)
  • Either lettings experience of strong sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional approach to work
  • Motivated and driven
This is a great role for someone who would like a career in Lettings.

My client are looking to pay a basic of upto £24k with expected bonus in the first year of around £4k.

This will increase 2nd year as you will be more experienced and naturally be moresuccessful.
