    Permanent Role - 50k +

    Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.

    With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales.

    We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with asocial housing contractor, who are looking fora Contracts Managerto cover the Dorset, Somerset and Devon & Cornwall areas.

    To manage the day-to-day planned works maintenance across a geographical area
    Lead a team, monitoring performance and delivery of works
    Work closely with the senior management team
    Experience of working on a social housing contract, client or contractor side
    Monthly and quarterly contract reviews
    Strong contract and people management experience
    Holiday pay
