Are you looking to work for a global company that work with clients within sport, music, TV, Film, and corporate events?


This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a company on a part-time basis (between 15-20 hours a week).

This is a maternity cover FTC and will be paying a starting salary of £26k depending on experience pro rata.

This role is fully office based.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with recruitment for the company, such as creating job adverts and arranging interviews
  • Onboarding new staff and offboarding leavers
  • Completing Right to Work Checks
  • Supporting Managers with disagreements, complaints, and grievances for staff
  • Keeping staff handbook updated and flagging documents that need updating
  • Maintaining records, letters/document templates on the HR system
  • Liaising with the finance department in producing monthly payroll schedules by providing reports from the HR system
  • Providing other ad hoc tasks as and when required
