Join us as a HR Systems and Data Specialist and you'll be a big part of this.

Key responsibilities

This role is a key role within our HR function. In this role you will work across HR and Group Tech to manage the effective delivery of our HR systems, ensuring new system requirements and system changes are implemented efficiently and effectively with the end user in mind. As the owner of our colleague data, you will work closely with the HR Systems & Data Coordinators and BI team to ensure our data requirements are met.

Required skills & experience
To be successful in this role you will have

A track record of supporting the delivery of HR systems.
Good knowledge of how different HR systems work and how data is integrated.
SAP HR knowledge is essential.
Understanding of systems testing.
Ability to build strong relationships, consult with and influence internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of business outcomes.
Experience of managing and delivering projects.
Curious and solutions focussed with an openness to listen to customer needs.
A drive for continuous improvement and simplifying processes and systems.
Strong written communication skills, able to create presentations, documents/tools and materials for a variety of audiences.
Highly numerate with strong data accuracy and data analytics.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good understanding of business objectives and system requirements to underpin these.

You will work Calm under pressure, able to quickly understand and prioritise demand
