- Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or R, with a strong emphasis on object-oriented programming and algorithm development.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, time series analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience with quantitative libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading instruments, and market microstructure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for solving complex quantitative problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
