Plant Fitter (Heavy Machinery)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Monday to Friday + On-Site Parking + Pay and Progression Opportunities

Are you a plant fitter looking for an exciting new opportunity within busy a SME looking for an engaging role which offer pay and role progression opportunities and a competitive salary?

Currently operating with 30 members of staff and eight currently working mobile there is a brilliant variety of longtime employees mixed with young ambitious apprentices.

This role would suit an individual with a background in plant machinery dealing with maintenance and fitting of machines such as diggers, dumpers but also power tools and access platforms.

A suitable candidate with proven experience can expect a varied role which will also include organising risk assessments and other necessary paperwork beyond the physical aspects of the position.

This role would suit a plant fitter looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with potential for overtime and excellent progression opportunities.

Service a variety of heavy and small plant machinery at the workshop
Travelling to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs
Ensure an effective, safe work system by implementing risk assessment and associated paperworkThe Person:
