• Position : Specialist Chef De Partie Tandoori/Grill
• Employer : Authentic Grill Restaurant
• Location: Edinburgh
• Salary : £29,000 to £34,000
• Working hours / days 38 to 40 within a 5/6 day week
• Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employer's workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more
• Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstanding performance

Preparation of complex Tandoori/Grill dishes and specialities, training and supervising junior Chefs. Responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role.

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• High level creative skills and mastery in preparation of a range of authenticTandoori/Grill meat dishes and speciality breads
• Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non UK applicants)
• •Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
