ER specialist with extensive knowledge of industrial relations/unions.

I'm currently working with a large matrix business who are looking for a Head of Employee relations to join their international team, covering EMEA circa 30,000 headcount.

This is a permanent role which is due to be live in 1 month, and looking for someone who can specialise in Industrial Relations within a Financially Regulated company.

Understanding and relationships of unions within a private sector company
Ability to appoint and influence EMEA works counsel
You will need recent experience within a matrix or financial services firm, ideally leading a team.
