The HR function exists to ensure the right people strategy, transformation programmes and future workforce capabilities are created to underpin the delivery of the business strategy.

This role is vital in supporting corporate units to plan and deliver people-related change programmes successfully, whilst helping us to maintain a brilliant colleague experience.

Change Managers will support the delivery of strategic people programmes across corporate units.

They will work closely with HRBPs leading people-related change and corporate unit leaders to support the delivery of these key transformation programmes.

The role holder will work closely with their counterparts across HR and the Better Workplace Programme to share learning, and best practices to ensure a consistent approach to the delivery and the execution of people-related change across Corporate Units.

Change management requires effective stakeholder engagement, strong project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively, the ability to adapt and flex style for different audiences, and the tenacity and resilience to deliver results in a global, matrixed organisation.

The Change Manager will champion change management, and the colleague experience and ensure that a people lens is always applied in their projects and programmes.

*What are we looking for in our HR Change Manager?

  • Delivery of business projects with a high level of people change or a background or experience in generalist HR
  • Experience in sound decisionmaking, clear articulation of the rationale and being able to engage people on the journey
  • Demonstrates an understanding of change management and how to support teams to manage and deliver lasting change
  • Can quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships
  • Experience in facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders.
  • Desirable accredited change management qualification
