- Set up and maintain the dance and drama area for children's enjoyment
- Follow policies to ensure a safe and fun environment
- Active supervision of children's needs throughout the day
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate dance and drama activities
- Encourage children's participation
- Ensure safe use of equipment
- Collaborate with other staff
- Lead the 'Dance Fusion' Skills Builder course
- May require job sharing with other Instructors
- Take charge of general welfare and safeguarding
- Experience in dance and drama
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Mandatory annual Online Training
- Adhere to child protection policies
- Assist with end-of-camp activities
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are met
- Organize appropriate activities
- Promote children's participation in activities
- Maintain discipline and respect among children
- Follow camp procedures diligently
- Be a role model for a healthy lifestyle
- Report any Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children with special needs
- Be flexible in assigned tasks
- Support swimming sessions if needed
