Recruitment Research Analyst - Private Equity

Oopportunity to work as a research associate for a leading Executive Search global firm


Location:
London (West End)

We are working one of the leading Private Equity recruitment, executive search and advisory businesses worldwide.

As a business, they have grown over the past 20 years and now operate on a global basis. This business parters with all the major private equity funds globally and their portfolio companies.

Recruitment Research Analyst - The Offering

  • Min of 26K basic salary plus team bonus and profit share
  • Clear and transparent career progression, you would start out as an Analyst and within 10 years can get promoted through the ranks to Partner level

Recruitment Research Analyst - The Role

  • As a recruitment research analyst joining our client your role will be varied and fastpaced.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
_

  • Working closely with a consultant to complete mandates, getting involved with the initial pitch all the way through to completion
  • Complete competitor analysis for your client to ensure they are keeping up to date with their competition
  • Partake in team activities and attend events
Recruitment Research Analyst - The Requirements

  • A 2:1/1st class degree from a top 40 UK university (or international equivalent)
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable
  • Research experience is highly beneficial
  • Commercial experience
  • Interest in becoming an expert in the private equity, venture capital and alternative asset investment space
  • Confidence is a must as you will be liaising with C-Suite individuals every day
  • Excellent organisation skills
