Description
ContractPerform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
Carry out installation and commissioning of equipment and fixtures as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to ensure clear and effective coordination of work activities.
Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues as required.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer or Multi-Trade Technician, preferably in a facilities management or building services environment.
Proficiency in multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, or Carpentry.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Islington number removed)
