Client Relationship Manager

Tewkesbury

£25,000 basic + uncapped commission

We are looking for talented individuals who match these values. You don't needspecific experience, but you do need a great attitude, be happy being on the phones, meeting your clients face to face and being pro-active

The key responsibilities will include:

Account managing to understand requirements and introducing yourself to new and existing contacts, as well as to further develop the relationship to generate consistent levels of continuous business
Attending meetings with existing and potential new clients
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Contribute to teams monthly and quarterly objectives
Develop relationships with existing contacts within current clients to maintain and improve repeat business
Build relationships with consultants and compliance personnel not known to the business to find new opportunities
Advise on any initiatives that may generate further sales over and above those targeted
Discuss and improve conversion rates with line manager
Attend relevant industry networking and social events to further expand network of contacts
