Marketing Content Writer (Temporary for around 5 months)

Location:
Fully Remote


Our established client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Content Writer on a temporary basis, to review content and provide copywriting and messaging support to the marketing programs team and field marketing teams.

Experience working in theB2B Tech space is required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Write clear, concise and persuasive copy for various marketing materials and channels, including:


  • Campaign assets

  • review and refine campaign assets and tactic copy documents
  • Landing pages (for campaigns, events, brochures, webinars etc.)
  • Event collateral (pullup banners, display boards, invitations)
  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, internal social sharing platform)
  • Review campaign briefs and proposed assets to ensure these correctly address the relevant personas and buyer stages
  • Review existing content against a selection of new collateral templates and select the most appropriate template to use. If necessary, rewrite / edit the existing copy to fit the new template
  • Develop compelling, onbrand content that delivers engagement for alwayson, global marketing campaign

Essential Skills/Experience:


  • BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, English, public relations, or similar
  • Experience working in a content focused, copywriting role
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Welldeveloped understanding of the technology industry and experience in writing for the technology industry
  • Comfortable talking to people of all seniority levels and functional disciplines
  • Understanding of marketing and content marketing principles and tools
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams
