Our prestigious client a leading specialist technology firm in the financial services sector are looking for a Payroll Manager to work in partnership with the head of employee relations, operations & governance.
The role will include delivery of monthly payrolls, regular and annual HRMC requirements, leading the people operations and payroll teams.
Compliance with all payroll related HRMC requirements, ensuring that all HR lifecycle and Payroll processes and firstline support are delivered effectively within agreed SLAs, Ensuring governance and audit compliance, identifying risks, ensuring appropriate and relevant controls are in place and attesting to these each month.
Ensuring all employees have the relevant VISASponsorship and right to work. Annual review of People policies and procedures relating to Operations & Payroll.Are you self-motivated with the drive to continuously find opportunities for improvement? Then this role is for you
