Provide technical input and support to the sales team in creating comprehensive and compelling proposals that align with customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers to enhance their understanding of UAV technology, applications, and use cases.

Provide technical assistance and support to customers post-sale, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues. Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.

Market Intelligence:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, technical specifications, and project details.

Continuously update knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and self-study to stay abreast of advancements in UAV technology and sales strategies.

Experience of selling premium products in high quality, high reliability, and safety critical applications.
