    The client is a leading online gaming company who were first established back in 1999.

    The company are known for running weekly competitions, to give customers the opportunity to win their Dream Car along with cash prizes and luxury lifestyle rewards.

    As the customer service representative you'll be part of a hardworking, proactive and supportive team with great experience and drive to do well.

    This will initially be maternity cover and can turn to a permanent position for the right person.

    You'll receive excellent internal training from the team right from the off With opportunities to develop and grow yourself with the business as it grows.

    1-2 years in customer service representative experience

    • Someone prepared to spend a half day on weekend
    • Desirable: CRM use with Zen Desk is ideal but not essential
    in depth training (internal training for the first two weeks)
    - four day week and full day on Monday
    • Thursday
