Role Overview
If you have excellent analytical skills and ability to work with different data types - this position might be for you

Our client is looking for a Payroll & Systems Specialist to join their People & Development (P&D) team.

In this role, working closely with the HR Officer and HR BP's, you will be accountable for all system, payroll and people processes, including runningan accurate monthly outsourced payroll, reporting and compliance.

Also, you will be closely working with Midland HR to ensure accurate processing of changes across the employee lifecycle, hence a good understanding and experience of using HRIS and ATS systemsis essential.


To be successful in this positions you will have the following skills, competencies and experience:

  • Experience of working in an internal HR or Operations function on and/or in a HR environment.
Previous experience in payroll (preferably working in different payroll environments )

  • Experience of using a HRIS and ATS system
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and integration files (CSV)

Directorate/Department Overview


The People & Development (P&D) team covers the following functions, operations, business partnering, engagement, resourcing & talent, learning & development (L&D) and diversity & inclusion (D&I).


The team works in partnership with the organisation to provide an effective and professional service that helps deliver the People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver effective and efficient processes, systems and compliance for approximately 350 employees.

They have recently rescoped the roles in the Operations team, which will now be made up of four people; an Operations Manager (which this role reports into), a HR Officer, an L&D Administrator and a Payroll & Systems Specialist.
