    To support the growth of the company we have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our Heathrow Cluster. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who would like to join a growing hotel group with plenty of career progression opportunities.

    What is expected of you as our next General Manager:

    You will be the primary strategic business leader of the Hotel, playing a highly active and visible leadership role with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including:

    • Financial performance (Implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
    • Sales and revenue generation through commercial initiatives with the goal to increase profit and market share.
    • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence.
    • Ensure all legal obligations are met in respect of property compliance, health & safety, employee labour laws and meeting brand standards.
    • Champion of the Arora values – We treat our guests like royalty and our staff like family.

    Candidate Profile

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior management role.
    • Experience in a full-service high-volume property preferred.
    • Track record of delivering business growth and achievement through a strong commercial approach.
    • Natural leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
