- Financial performance (Implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
- Sales and revenue generation through commercial initiatives with the goal to increase profit and market share.
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence.
- Ensure all legal obligations are met in respect of property compliance, health & safety, employee labour laws and meeting brand standards.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior management role.
- Experience in a full-service high-volume property preferred.
