- Broad project Manager jobs role with a business which acts as principal contractor and manages really bespoke, top end office refurbishment and new office fit outs

- Project management or contract management experience
- This experience then needs to be gained within either the commercial office fit out sector
- OR then the shopfitting sector (and you will want to pivot across into a very design led company with exiting bespoke projects of £1m + )
- They are principal contractors on 99% of their projects so you MUST have experience of project managing sub-contractors as part of a project
- Some experience with CDM, site H&S and financial control of projects
