You will be getting stuck in to a variety of tasks and will be an integral part of our sustainability strategy here at Frasers Group.

Taking an active part in creating the company's energy and utilities efficiency programLiaising with other departments, stores and external contractors acrossthe worldSupporting and organising variousenergy efficiency projects across the worldEnsuring all invoices are ready for payment as per payment termsCreating monthly, weekly and additional ad hoc reportsProcessing paymentsSupporting the management team with any other ad hoc tasksGeneral admin duties, dealing with email communication between the office and the stores within our global portfolioKeeping the database highly organisedThis role is based on siteMonday to FridayQualificationsExcellent attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressureAbility to multi-task, prioritise work and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organisational and time management skillsA good working knowledge of ExcelFlexibility and adaptability to changing workloadsProblem-solving skills and project management abilityDrive for process improvementStrong innovative thinking skills; analytical skills and interpersonal skillsGood written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of management within the organisation, and external contractors.
