Are you a RGN, RMN, or RNLD with experience nursing for those with learning disability care requirements?

I'm keen to find a permanent Nurse for a Deputy Manager post in Belfast, supporting the Nurse Manager

Within this small-sized facility, you'll help with:

• Audits
• Staff appraisals
• Holding staff meetings
• Managing the home independently at times
• Reviewing stock and medications storage

And liaising with senior management

I'm ideally looking for someone who is confident and comfortable working independently and leading a team.
